PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

This JQK04 uPVC window CNC corner cleaning machine is used for cleaning surfaces and outside of PVC window and door corners.  It consists of a CNC control system, positioning table, profile clamping system, outside corner cleaning system, surface cleaning system, and bed. After putting the window corner on the worktable, the CNC corner cleaning machine automatically runs the corner cleaning. 

The workbench adopts a photoelectric switch detection device, which can automatically detect the window corner and push the window corner to the positioning position.
This outer side corner cleaning system use saw blades to mill the outside of the window and door corners, the saw blade is driven by a motor, installed on the X-axis and Z-axis, and moves according to the program instructions. The X-axis and Y-axis use ball screws, a closed-loop private server motor drive to ensure high accuracy of cleaning corners, and cleaning speed can be set. As shown below.
The surface cleaning system is composed of upper and lower surface cleaning structures, which move synchronously. The upper surface cleaning structure adopts two rows of bearings, which can adapt to profiles of different heights and widths. When cleaning corners, the surface cleaning system is driven by the x-axis to move backward.
More than 100 programs for various uPVC window profiles can be programmed and saved in this uPVC window CNC corner cleaning machine.
