DESCRIPTIONS
The four head uPVC profile seamless welding machine comprises 4 seamless welding units, rails, temperature control system, parameter setting and adjustment system, pneumatic system, etc. The rail length is 4500 mm and suitable for welding white and two-color co-extrusion window and door profiles. There are three combination molds of the four welding heads:
1. SINGLE MOLD
One is that each seamless welding units works independently, which is equivalent to 4 single-head seamless welding machines.
2. DOUBLE-ACTING MOLD
The second is the dual-head working mode, the first and second heads work at the same time, and the third and fourth heads work at the same time. This mode is equivalent to two 2-head seamless welding machines.
3. LINK MOLD
The third mode is that three or four machine heads work at the same time, and can weld corners and mullions at the same time. This mode can make complex window shapes with high efficiency.
The above working modes correspond to the “SINGLE”, “DOUBLE-ACTING” and “LINK” positions of the selector switch, as shown in the figure below.
All the combined working modes above are controlled by PLC, and there is no need to adjust the parameters of the welding machine， and automatically completes the PVC corner seamless welding process by only pressing the run button on one of the welding units.

4-head uPVC Seamless Welder VS 2-head Seamless Welder
• The 4-head uPVC profile seamless welding machine and the 2-head uPVC seamless welder are both used for welding white or two-color co-extrusion profiles, and their working process and parameter settings are the same.
• When the 4-head seamless welding machine adopts the “LINK” mode, it can weld two mullions and two corners at the same time, and can efficiently manufacture complex window and door shapes as shown below.
• When the 4-head seamless welding machine adopts the “DOUBLE-ACTING” mode, it is equivalent to two 2-head seamless welding machines, and the production efficiency is doubled. Of course, the price is lower than two 2-head seamless welding machines.
