This uPVC window three head seamless welding machine is composed of 3 seamless welding units, temperature control, heating control, PLC system, two rails, etc. Especially suitable for manufacturing two-color co-extrusion windows and doors.The length of the rail is 3500mm. This machine can work with a single head, two heads, and three heads combined.
We know that when making uPVC casement windows, the mullion needs to be welded with the window frame together to improve the stability of the window and realize making large size windows and doors. the PVC mullions and PVC frames must be cut with a mullion-cutting saw and V-notch cutting machine.
When using this PVC window three head seamless welding machine with “E” welding mold, the No.2 head can weld the mullion profile, The welding of the mullion and the corners on both sides can be completed simultaneously, which improves the production efficiency of the uPVC casement windows and doors. It should be noted that when welding the V north, the profile stop needs to be adjusted. This is the benefit of a 3-head seamless welding machine.
This seamless welding machine is equipped with carbide cleaning cutters and air blowing device to clean the surface of the corner while welding the corner.

• The uPVC window three head seamless welding machine is controlled by PLC, and the auxiliary motion is CM oil-free bearing and linear ball bearing. Equipped with a corner-cleaning structure, there is no need to clean the surface after corner welding, and the appearance is beautiful.
• The cleaning tool can be replaced, and the welding quality of the window corner will not be reduced after the tool is replaced.
• The seamless welding parameters, such as heating time, and joining time can be set on the touch screen, as shown below. temperature can be set and controlled by the electronic thermostat, joining pressure and clamping pressure can be individually adjusted according to different chemical properties of the PVC window profiles.
