V Corner Cleaning Machine for PVC Window

This V corner cleaning machine for PVC window is a special for cleaning V-shaped corners of uPVC windows and doors, such as  “T “and “╂” corner shapes. It consists of two worktables (fixed and movable), clamping devices, 4 milling cutters, and a bed. Reliable performance and easy operation.

Clamping and corner cleaning is controlled by pneumatic systems.

This SQJ 05 V corner cleaning machine adopts pneumatic compression and an air cylinder to drive the cleaning.
One profile clamping can complete the cleaning of the welds on both sides of the profile.
The cleaner worktable can move on the guide rail to ensure accurate profile positioning and V-shaped corner clearance.
Four cleaning cutters were adopted.
Pneumatic systems control the cleaning process.
Cleaning speed adjustable.
Cleaning cutter replaceable.
