DESCRIPTIONS

LJZ-500 aluminum profile single head cutting machine is suitable for cutting aluminum profiles, with a stiff alloy saw blade for an external diameter as big as 500 mm. It consists of a cutting unit, angle rotating device, operating unit, protective cover, double side profile support, and pneumatic system.
The saw blade feeds with a lifting structure, cutting precision is high, and the aluminum window profile can be cut at 45 degrees and 90 degrees, especially for cutting extra-thick industrial aluminum and curtain wall profiles.
The profile measuring system on the right side of the single head aluminum cutting machine can choose a digital display measuring stop or CNC measuring table according to the needs.

FEATURES

The feeding speed of the single head aluminum cutting machine can be adjusted according to the thickness of the aluminum profiles, to ensure cutting stability and smoothness of the cutting surface.
The machine adopt a high-precision linear guiding pair system and one HSS saw blade that pushed the saw blade feeding up and down, which ensured steady and long-term processing accuracy. Adopt two vertical and two horizontal pneumatic cylinder clamping systems to clamp the aluminium & uPVC profiles, suited for cutting big-size profiles such as aluminium curtain wall profiles.
The cutting angle selection and cutting progress are controlled by the rotary switch and buttons on the operation panel, and the cutting unit is equipped with a cutting protection cover to avoid injury during cutting.
