This DX05 end milling machine for aluminum profiles is suitable for milling the end tips of the profiles that will be joined with the sides of window frame profiles to form a multiple-segmented window frame, consisting of the workbench, milling unit, operation box, pneumatic system, and bed.
As we know, when manufacturing aluminium fixed or casement windows, the end of the mullion profile needs to be milled according to the shape of the joined frame, and this machine is specially used for the mullion profile end milling.
The end milling machine‘s worktable height is adjustable, and the milling cutter needs customizing according to the aluminium or uPVC profiles. Adopt a pneumatic feeding system, the milling speed linearly adjustable.
By adjusting the profile stop and clamping device, different angles can be milled.
Note: The milling cutter for this end milling machine needs to be customized for each profile.
