DESCRIPTIONS

This LZJ04 -160 aluminum single head corner crimping machine is used for crimping the corners of large-section aluminum window and door profiles. Adopts a reinforced profile positioning system and corner crimping structure, which makes the large-section corner crimping more stable.
The design height of the positioning structure of the corner and the holding structure of the cutter can meet the maximum corner section size of 160 mm.
The front positioning structure of the corner adopts an automatic lifting-type internal positioning mechanism and can move forward to meet aluminum profiles of different specifications. The lifting height and feeding distance are adjusted according to the aluminium profile.
The front positioning device is designed in the shape of a crocodile mouth, which is better adapted to various specifications of aluminum profiles.
This aluminum single head corner crimping machine uses a dedicated drive cylinder, and the punching and riveting are larger at the same pressure.
