LJJ 02 automatic corner key cutting machine for aluminum used for cutting aluminum corner key profile into right pieces also used for cutting LED extrusion, aluminium photovoltaic modules, and curtain wall profiles. It consists of a cutting unit, profile feeding system, clamping system, and bed.
Adopts an industry-grade computer system, the user can set the processing parameters according to the aluminum corner key, the cutting size shifts quickly, locating precision is high, and the repeat locating precision is ±0.2 mm (optional: CNC model).
The saw blade rotates smoothly due to the highly accurate main spindle, steady running with high precision.
