uPVC profile mullion cutting machine is the necessary uPVC window machinery to make uPVC windows with mullion frames, with simple operation, convenient adjustment, and high efficiency.
When making fixed, casement, or ribbon windows, the mullions need to be welded to the frame, and the cutting of the mullions requires this specialized mullion cutting saw.
The machine adopts two 300 mm HSS saw blades, which can simultaneously complete the mullion cutting.
Adopt vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamping to ensure the profile does not move when cutting.
The worktable of the uPVC mullion cutting machine can be adjusted according to the width of the mullion to ensure that the mullion-cutting center is symmetrical.
It is equipped with a unique clamping device to clamp the upper triangular profile after cutting to ensure safe operation.
If this mullion cutting machine is not available, the mullion can also be cut with double-head cutting saws.
