This SQJ01 uPVC window corner cleaning machine is used for cleaning the surface and outside of uPVC window corners in one cleaning process. It is composed of a corner outside cleaning structure, surface cleaning structure, positioning and clamping system, worktable, and bed.
The outside corner cleaning system adopts a milling cutter customized according to the window and door profile, the milling cutter is driven by a cylinder, feeding speed can be adjusted.
The surface cleaning system adopts upper and below roller broaches to clean the upper and below surfaces of the uPVC window profile.
The cleaner workbench has a photoelectric detection switch device, which can automatically position and clamp the window corner.
