DESCRIPTIONS

This butyl extruder is the main glass machine for aluminum spacer sealing of insulated glass manufacturing.
It is a semi-automatic butyl extruding machine that adopts PLC, a touch screen, and an advanced pneumatic pump system, which makes the pressure more stable and energy-saving.
It adopts a frequency conversion speed control system to make the speed from 15-35m/min and adopts an automatic glue adjusting system, which can be adjusted within 6-18. 5mm.
The glue cylinder adopts a rotary structure, with 0-90 degree free rotation, which is more convenient for glue release and maintenance.
Adopt a preheating system; preheating time can be set arbitrarily to improve efficiency; it is the critical glass and window machinery for making energy-saving windows.
