This four head welding machine for uPVC window is suitable for manufacturing uPVC windows and doors, composed of four welding units, the left unit is fixed and the other units are moveable on the rails. It is a high-efficiency uPVC window machine for your factory to manufacture uPVC windows and doors.
The 4 welding units can be used in various combinations, such as they can be used alone, with a combination of two units on the left and two units on the right, or with synchronous use of four welding units to meet the welding of complex frames. These combinations are controlled by the selector switch on the operation board. When the second combination is used, it is equivalent to two double-head uPVC window welders, which is more efficient and economical.
The machine includes a profile heating and control system, PLC control system, pneumatic system, etc. The parameter setting and adjustment are the same as those of the 2-head uPVC welding machine as shown below.

Four head uPVC window Welding Machine Parameter Set Guide

• The parameter setting and adjustment of this four head welding machine are the same as those of the 2-head uPVC welding machine:
• The heating temperature is set on the operation panel and controlled by the electronic thermostat, the heating time and joining time are set by the digital dial. The working pressure is adjusted by the pressure regulating valve and displayed on the pressure gauge as shown below. Like other uPVC window welding machines, the time is set at 25-30 seconds, and the temperature is between 250-260. Of course, these parameters can be set differently according to the profile.
