DESCRIPTIONS

This GZD03 3-axis CNC aluminum profile machining center is suitable for machining various installation holes, door lock holes, hardware holes, and other grooves aluminum profiles. Its movable head adopts two drill units, each unit uses a different size drill. This aluminum CNC machine is more efficient than an aluminum copy router in making aluminum windows and doors.
The drilling unit feeding system adopts a linear guide motion pair, ball screw, rack, pinion, etc., and can move in three directions of X, Y, and Z, driven by servo motor and ball screw which has high positioning accuracy and good stability.
The machine can process aluminum window profiles, non-ferrous metals, track structures, PVC window profiles, etc., automatic complete multi-hole machining process in one clamping, accurate milling positions of the lock holes, and high-speed machining.
The workbench can be turned at -90 degrees, 0 degrees, and 90 degrees to meet the processing requirements of multiple sides of aluminum profiles.
Hole processing information, such as size, machining position, hole shapes, depth, drilling, and milling speed, etc. can be set on the touch screen.
