PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

This PVC single corner various angle welding machine is suitable for welding between 30 ~ 180 degrees corners of the PVC windows and doors, it is especially suitable for making special shape windows such as arc and polygonal windows. It should be noted that the profile bending of the arc window needs to be bent with a PVC profile bending machine.
The PVC single corner welding machine is composed of a parameter setting panel, welding unit, workbench, program control unit, and so on. The heating temperature is set by the electronic thermostat, and the heating time, extrusion time, and working pressure can all be set on the setting panel.
The workbench is divided into two parts, fixed and movable, the corner welding process is completed by moving the workbench on the right side. The workbench movement and PVC window profile clamping is controlled by a pneumatic system.
The profile leaning plate on the workbench is adjustable in angle, which needs to be adjusted and fixed according to the welding angle. As shown below.

How to Set Welding Parameters

All parameters of this uPVC single corner various angle welding machine are set on the front operation panel, as shown below.
• The heating temperature is set by an electronic thermostat, usually between 250 and 260 degrees.
• The profile clamping pressure and corner joining pressure are respectively adjusted by two pressure regulating valves, and the values are displayed on the pressure gauge.
• The heating time and joining time are set by two digital dials, usually in 25~30 seconds.
There are also program control buttons on the operation panel, such as profile clamping, positioning, and automatic run buttons. Through these three buttons, the corner welding process can be completed, and the operation is easy.
