DESCRIPTIONS

This automatic double head PVC water slot machine is suitable for PVC profile water slot automatic drilling and milling. It is a critical uPVC window machine for uPVC profile water slot milling, It consists of two milling units, an angle adjustment structure, an operation box, and a bed.
Its workbench is fixed, and the two milling units are on an integral frame structure, which moves on the guide rail to complete the processing of the water slots and ensure the processing of the water hole is more stable.
The processing unit adopts a high-speed motor to ensure the smoothness of the water hole,  according to the processing requirements of the water slot, the diameter and length of the drills can be changed, and the angle of the No. 2 machining unit can be adjusted.
The system adopts pneumatic control as much as possible, and the processing of water slots can be automatically run by stepping on the foot switch.
