DESCRIPTIONS

This GZD02 aluminium profile CNC machining centers is suitable for machining various shape holes on aluminium profiles, such as water slots, lock holes, hardware holes, etc., programming a program according to the shape and size of the hole. The machine consists of a drilling unit, a rectangular guideway, a 3-axis servo drive system, a touch screen, a rotatable table, and a bed.
The drill unit can move on a rectangular guide rail in X, Y, and Z directions, driven by high-quality closed-loop servo motors and high-precision linear guide pairs, and roller screws. The movement is fast and stable with high precision.
The worktable can be rotated at -90 degrees, 0 degrees, and 90 degrees, the machining unit can process the three sides of the aluminum profile in one operation with high machining accuracy and efficiency. The positions and sizes of the holes on these three sides are set through the touch screen, and the processing is completed at one time.

This aluminum profile CNC machining center is suitable for the efficient processing of multiple sides of aluminum profiles and holes of various specifications. It is more efficient than a copy-routing machine in making aluminum windows and doors.
