FEATURES

• This two head seamless welding machine consists of 2 welding units, guide rails, 2 heating systems, 2 temperature control systems, a PLC control system, and two corner cleaning structures, the length of the machine is 3500 mm. It is crucial window machinery for making two-color co-extrusion windows and doors.
• This seamless welding machine is designed with corner cleaning knives made of alloy and air-blowing structures as shown below, which automatically clean the surface and cools the corner, and the welding seam’s surface after welding is beautiful and smooth. Pneumatic motion and the auxiliary motion are CM oil-free and linear ball bearings.
• The temperature is set by the electronic thermostat, and the heating time, combining time and blowing time are set by the touch screen. as shown below.
• The front clamping and rear clamping of the profile are synchronized to ensure the flatness of the corner welding, which is different from the double-head welding machine.
