This uPVC glazing bead saw consists of a cutting unit, table, clamping device, profile positioning stop, and bed, uses four blades to cut at +45° / -45° degrees of the uPVC glazing bead at one time, and can process two pieces of uPVC glazing beads at one time. It is a necessary window machine for PVC window door manufacturing.
The glazing beading saw is equipped with a standard bead mold and can also be customized according to the customer’s beading profile.
Adopt four cylinders vertical pneumatic clamping system to clamp the uPVC glazing bead, and the worktable can be positioned by adjusting the cutting height and lock.
The cutting speed can be adjusted according to the chemical properties of the uPVC glazing bead.
Cutting degree +45° / -45°.
Adopt four cutting saw blades HSS (High-Speed Steel).
This glazing bead cutting machine can be equipped with CNC measuring table as an option.
