PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

•This SSJ06A – digital display double head cutting machine for uPVC Profile with a digital display is specially designed for cutting aluminium and uPVC window profiles, it is the type of  SSJ06A double-head cutting machine with added cutting length positioning digital display system, The cutting length is clearly displayed and the positioning accuracy is high. Reduce cutting errors through screen settings as shown below.

• The left cutting unit of the double head cutting machine or uPVC profile is fixed and the right cutting unit can be moved on the two rails with profile support. When the right head moves, the change in length is displayed digitally.
• The double-cutting unit can cutting-off 45 degrees or 90 degrees of the window and door profiles according to different requirements, the saw blade feeding system adopts a pneumatic and hydraulic system to ensure the cutting machine has an accurate and stable feed as shown below.

FEATURES

• The machine is designed with a profile stop on the left cutting unit for cutting uPVC mullions. When cutting the mullion, it is necessary to calculate the length of the first cut, then move the mullion positioning stop to the apex of the profile, reverse the mullion 180 degrees, and perform the second cut, so that the mullion is cut. This method with the double-head cutting machine is different from that of a mullion cutting machine, but the result of the mullion cutting is the same. Of course, this mullion-cutting method is also applicable to other double-head cutting machines.
• This machine adopts 2 HSS saw blades with a diameter of 450mm, suitable for cutting uPVC window profiles, and adopts a horizontal cylinder to clamp the profiles.
• Carbide saw blade processing precision and high durability, the two heads can be used together or separately to efficiently cut the required profile length and Angle, and the saw blade’s feeding speed is adjustable.
