DESCRIPTIONS
SSJ06A – CNC double head cutting machine used for cutting aluminum and uPVC window profiles. adopt CNC control system, the movement of the right machine head is driven by a servo motor, and the cutting length is automatically positioned, it is composed of a CNC system, a right-cutting unit moving system, two cutting units, two rails, a touch screen, and protective cover, etc. It is the ideal window equipment for your aluminum & uPVC window factory.
The CNC system can realize cutting angle selection, input cutting length, the working mode of two cutting units, etc. This CNC double head cutting machine has a left-fixed cutting unit and a movable right-cutting unit, the movement of the right cutting unit is driven to the cutting length position by the servo motor, no manual operation is required.
The cutting angle selection is operated on the touch screen, and the cutting unit automatically rotates to the position of 45 degrees or 90 degrees through the cylinder. The blade feeding system adopts linear guide pair with high accuracy and stability.
When cutting the uPVC mullion profile, the mullion positioning stop is optional.

FEATURES
The saw blade of the CNC cutting machine rotates smoothly due to the high-accuracy spindle, middle auto-induction profile supporter, and following profile supporter, making the loading and clamping convenient.

HOW THE CNC DOUBLE HEAD CUTTING MACHINE WORKS – 8 EASY STEPS
1. Turn on the power and gas, and adjust the gas pressure to 0.6~0.8 Mpa. Wait for the CNC system to boot.
Input the cutting length on the touch screen, and click OK.
2. Choose the cutting unit to work independently or jointly, click the touch screen angle positioning, and select the 45-degree or 90-degree position, the cutting unit will automatically reach the selected angle position.
3. Put in the profile, and press the switch to clamp the profile.
4. Press the motor start button, and then press the run button, the cutting unit moves forward to cut the profile, and the protective cover falls down at the same time.
5. Release the run button after the cutting is completed, the cutting unit of the CNC double head cutting machine moves backward and the protective cover rises.
6. Press the switch again to release the profile.
Repeat steps 4, 6, and 7 above to continue cutting the profile, or re-select the cutting angle and input the length to cut the profile.
