Thermal-break Aluminum Profile Rolling Machine

DESCRIPTIONS

This LFH01 aluminum profile rolling machine is suitable for rolling thermal break aluminum profiles. It’s the most critical aluminum profile machine for aluminum energy-saving profile manufacturing.
The aluminum rolling machine adopts six sets of rolling wheels and three sets of pressure sensors.
Each rolling wheel can be adjusted independently on the X-axis and Z-axis and is adjusted by digital display.
Motors drive the aluminum rolling machine’s six groups of rolling wheels to ensure the profiles are balanced in force during extrusion, with fast feeding speed and high work efficiency.

FEATURES

• The rolling spacing of the three sets of rolling wheels is adjustable.
• The third rolling wheel of the aluminum profile rolling machine has a straightening function during the rolling process to ensure the rolling parallelism and straightness of the thermal insulation profiles.
• The feeding rollers can be adjusted simultaneously through a chain drive mode, and three sets of high-precision digital technology are used to measure the pressure of each set.
• The roller wheel of every group can be regulated up and down（0－100 mm）, and the whole machine can be regulated （0－150 mm).
