This aluminium knurling and assembling machine is mainly used used for knurling the aluminium profile and assembling the heat insulation strip, the aluminum shear force is greatly improved by opening the teeth in the slot of the profile through the high-speed operation of the cutter.It is equipped with a special clamping pneumatic device.

The function of processing aluminum profile notch is to cut teeth and wear heat insulation strips, the high-speed tooth cutter inserts the aluminum alloy profile into the notch of the heat insulation strip to open the teeth to improve the shearing force of the heat insulation strip and the aluminium alloy composite profile. It is one of the main aluminium profile equipment in the production of heat insulation aluminium profiles.
