This SSJ06 aluminum profile double head mitre saw is mainly used for cutting 90-degree and 45-degree aluminum window profiles. It is composed of a left-fixed cutting unit, a right-movable cutting unit, two linear guides, and a right-head moving system. The right head can move on the rails.
The aluminum profile double head mitre saw’s spindle has high precision, the saw blade rotates smoothly, and equipped profile support mechanism is convenient for feeding and positioning.

It adopts 2 pieces of Ø 450 mm HSS (High-Speed Steel) saw blades, suitable for cutting most uPVC and aluminum window profiles. The aluminum profile cutting machine’s spindle has high precision, the saw blade rotates smoothly, and equipped profile support mechanism is convenient for feeding and positioning.
