HOW TO BEND ALUMINUM PROFILES?

• First, customize the roller dies and auxiliary nylon bar according to the LED extrusion, aluminum profile section.
• Enter the technical parameters in the machine settings, such as the starting position of the Y-axis, the diameter of the rollers, etc.
• Select the shape formula in the machine program screen according to the shape you want to bend, as shown below.
• Input the characteristic parameters of the shape in the program editing screen of the aluminium bending machine, such as radius, arc length, compensation coefficient, etc.
• Press the processing button to run the aluminum bending machine bending processing.
