DESCRIPTIONS

This CNC aluminum extrusion bending machine is suitable for bending aluminum extrusion and forming metal profiles of different sections and materials.
This CNC bending machine can process 3D graphics, C-shaped, U-shaped, 3R-shaped, multi-segment arc programs (2D variable curvature), etc. It is an ideal bending machine for processing large-section profiles and is widely used in high-speed rail, ships, building windows, curtain walls, and other industrial fields.
The machine adopts three sets of rotating rollers, two sets of profile rollers (mechanical adjustment), and 1 set of spindle hydraulic feed mechanisms.
Displacement in the Y-axis direction allows the profile to be bent one or more times in the X-axis direction between the three sets of rollers to the required size.
The arch length of the processed shape is collected through the encoder full-closed loop control and controlled by the motion control system to achieve high precision requirements.
