This LBXH2000PW automatic insulated glass production line with hydraulic panel press adopts PLC and touch screen control system and automatically runs glass feeding, cleaning, drying, and combining processes with high efficiency.
It consists of a vertical glass washing machine part and a glass hydraulic panel press part. The washing machine part is composed of a glass feeding part, a cleaning and drying part, and a glass inspection part.
The glass panel press part is composed of a glass combining part and a plate pressing part.
The glass washing unit is made of stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials, with excellent waterproof performance, safety, and environmental protection. The insulated glass production line has a long service life and can manufacture double or triple-glazing insulated glass. It is a crucial glass and window machinery for making energy-saving aluminum & uPVC windows and insulating glass.
