DESCRIPTIONS

This LSX1A single head high speed aluminum copy router machine is suitable for copy milling various holes and slots such as aluminum window keyholes, drainage grooves, water slots, and hardware installation slots, and it is the primary copy router for aluminium for machining aluminium and PVC profiles.
This machine is composed of a high-speed routing unit, copy mold, profile clamping device, profile supports on both sides, routing unit positioning structure, and bed. The routing unit adopts a high-speed motor with 12000 r/min to ensure the processing stability and smoothness of the hole.
The copy contact rod is pneumatically driven, the processing depth of the routing unit can be locked, and the operation is easier than that of the LSXZ1B single-head copy routing machine.
It is equipped with a standard ratio 1:1 shape template to control copy milling size, which is customized according to customer aluminium machining requirements.
