DESCRIPTIONS

This DX06B high-efficiency aluminium end milling machine is used for milling the end tips of the aluminium mullion profiles, It consists of four milling units, a movable table, an operating unit, and a bed.
Four milling units drive one vertical milling cutter and four horizontal milling cutters, and the height and depth of milling can be adjusted by turning the handwheel, which is suitable for various aluminium profiles, and no need to customize milling cutters for each profile. Especially suitable for processing various profiles and big quantity window and door manufacturing as shown below.
The large worktable moves smoothly on the guide rail driven by the screw rod and the motor and can mill multiple profiles at one time.
This aluminium end milling machine can mill the end of the surface and process the stepped joint and can process different structures with stair surfaces, rectangular slots, tenons, and so on.

FEATURES

• This aluminium milling machine has 5 milling cutters driven by motors, and the adjusting of the milling depth and position adopts a T-shaped guide rail to ensure aluminum milling accuracy.
• The feeding system uses a motor and a ball screw drive, which runs smoothly. Adopt hard alloy standard original disc milling cutters, which are respectively installed on four motor shafts.
• The profile compaction adopts a pneumatic control system and is completed by a button switch, and this aluminium end milling machine need not customize the milling cutter when milling various profiles, thus can decrease cost and saving milling time.
