PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

This LZJ2 double head CNC aluminium profile saw machine is suitable for cutting aluminium window profiles. It consists of a CNC system, two cutting units, rails, a touch screen, and a bed, and adopts 500 mm saw blades, automatic positioning, and angle conversion It is the central alumiuium machine for processing aluminum, uPVC, curtain wall, and other profiles.
Input the cutting length on the touch screen and the right cutting unit is automatically positioned. The two cutting units can be selected to work independently or jointly, and the cutting angle is automatically switched at 45 degrees, 90 degrees, and 135 degrees driven by the cylinder, these operations are all realized on the touch screen.
The feeding system adopts high-quality linear guides with high accuracy and good stability, and the saw blade adopts a high-precision spindle with stable rotation.
