This LZJ03 aluminum window corner crimping machine is suitable for joining the corners of two aluminium profiles with a corner key placed inside by applying pressure. It is composed of a hydraulic station, synchronous group corner system, aluminum window corner positioning system, profile clamping system, two profile supports, and bed. It is necessary aluminium window machinery for manufacturing aluminium windows.
This aluminum window corner crimping machine adopts an electric & hydraulic combined control system to provide the working pressure for the corner system and adopts low-pressure feeding and high-pressure crimping corner mode to realize the synchronous operation of the left and right group corners.
The corner positioning system consists of two parts, one fixed at the rear and one movable at the front, the front position part can be moved in X and Z directions to ensure stable and correct position of the corners. Up-down and front-back adjustments are available, which are suitable for aluminum window profiles with different cross-sections and sizes.
The profile clamping adopts a three-point clamping system to ensure stability when forming corners.
