This single head welding machine for PVC window is suitable for welding uPVC window corners and consists of an operation box, welding unit, pneumatic system, and fuselage structure. The whole machine is small in size, saving the workshop space. and is the most economical uPVC window welding machine for limit budget investors.
The operator box provides temperature setting and control of the corner welding process.
The welding unit includes a PLC control system, profile clamping device, positioning system, heating system, etc. The operation is simple, and the corner welding process is automatically completed.
The machine adopts the horizontal and vertical uPVC window profile stops to prevent the profile from moving during the welding process and ensure that the welding angle of the corner and the size of the frame are correct. 

Note that the two stops must be 90 degrees and bear 45 degrees with the positioning device.

How to Set Parameters for Single head Welding Machine for uPVC Window

When making windows and doors, it is necessary to detect and set the welding parameters of the machine to ensure the welding quality of the corners:
• This single head uPVC window welding machine’s profile heating time and joining time are set by dial, usually set between 25~30 seconds.
• The side panel of the profile is multi-layered, and the corresponding blocking height can be selected according to the height of the profile.
• The heating temperature of the profile is set and kept stable by the temperature controller. As shown below.
• 90-degree, V notch, 30~90 degree, arch shape window welding is possible on this single head uPVC window welding machine. When welding at an angle of 30~90 degrees, it is necessary to replace the standard profile stop with special rotatable profile stops.
• The profile clamping pressure and joining pressure can be adjusted by corresponding pressure-regulating valves. The front clamping pressure and the rear clamping pressure of the profile can be set differently to ensure the smoothness of the corner welding.

Please note: When the welding angle of the corner is greater than 90 degrees, it needs to be welded with the single-point uPVC window welder.

6 STEPS TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE UPVC WINDOWS

1. 1 Turn on the power and gas switch, and check whether the parameters set of the machine are correct (usually the parameters have been set by the factory)
2. Turn on the heating switch and wait for the temperature to rise to the set temperature.
3. Press the positioning button, put in the horizontal profile, and press the clamping button.
4. Put in the vertical profile and press the clamping button again.
5. Press the run button, and the single head welding machine for uPVC window automatically completes the corner welding.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 5 to continue welding the uPVC window and door corners.
