PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

This double head welding machine for uPVC window is suitable for welding two corners of uPVC windows and doors simultaneously with the pneumatic motion. Because the two corners of the window are welded at the same time, its window production efficiency and frame size accuracy are higher than single-head uPVC window welder.
This machine is composed of two welding units, a program control system, a guide rail, and an operating unit. The welding unit consists of a heating system, positioning system, and extrusion system， the right welding unit can move on the guide rail to meet the welding of different window sizes.

Under the action of the cylinder, the welding unit on the left can move about 2cm on the guide rail according to the program instructions.
Controlled by the selector switch on the operation panel, the two welding units can work independently or simultaneously. This double head welding machine can weld 90-degree corners and can also be used for frame and mullion welding， can weld corners such as┎, ┓,┳,┏┓,┏┳, and arch shape windows (right welding unit ) in one operation.
The surface of the corners welded by this double head welding machine needs to be cleaned， when making colorful co-extrusion window that do not need to clean the corners, the 2-head uPVC seamless welding machine is required.

FEATURES

• This uPVC window double head welding machine uses a PLC control system, the two welding units run synchronously to ensure the welding quality of the frame, adopting the secondary pressure to ensure welding dimensions and corner strength.
• This double-head welder has standard three-layer profile dies which can adjust the height according to a section of the uPVC window profiles, when welding American profiles, special molds need to be added. When welding the mullion profile, the stops of the profile can be moved to the required position in the slot and fastened with screws.
• The heating temperature is set and controlled by the electronic thermostat on the operation panel, and other parameters can be set and adjusted on the upper part of the electrical box, such as heating time and joining time, clamping pressure, and joining pressure of the profile, The lateral and vertical clamping pressure of the profile is set independently, ensuring that the welding surfaces of the corners are in one plane.

HOW TO MAKE UPVC WINDOWS WITH DOUBLE HEAD WELDING MACHINE – 6 STEPS

1. Turn on the electrical and gas switches of the double head welding machine, set the heating and joining time at 25~30 seconds, set the heating temperature between 250°~260°, and wait for the temperature of the heating plate to reach the set temperature.
2. Press the positioning button, the positioning device rises, and the left welding unit automatically moves to the right about 20mm, move the right welding unit to the position required.
3. Put in the horizontal profile, move the right welding unit to the left, make the positioning devices of the two welding units fit closely with the 45-degree surface of the profile, lock the right machine head, and press the clamping switch once.
4. Put the vertical profiles respectively, make the 45-degree surface of the profiles and the positioning device tightly fit, and press the clamping switch again.
5. Press the run button, the machine will automatically complete the corner welding. After the corners are finished, the positioning device returns to its original position.
6. Repeat the above steps 2~5 to continuously weld the win-door corners.
