DESCRIPTIONS

The double-component glass sealing extruder is a particular glass machine for producing energy-saving insulating glass, realizing the mixing and gluing of two components, A and B, in the second sealing of the insulating glass.
It adopts a high-quality motor, and the key components are made of high-strength stainless steel through the heat treatment process, which makes the extruder much more reliable and durable.
The frame is welded as a whole, adding a gantry and welding triangle to form a stable structure to overcome the shaking of the cantilever beam at work. It is a crucial glass and window machine for making energy-saving aluminum and uPVC windows.
The function of this double-component glass sealing extruder is the same as that of the HGE02 hotmelt extruder, both are used for sealing double or triple-insulated glass, but the sealant composition used is different.

FEATURES

• This glass sealing extruder adopts stainless steel linear flowing mixer with small working resistance, a large amount of glue, saving glue when flushing glue, and no glue leakage.
• The component B pressure plate has two seals to ensure no leakage.
• The B component system adopts high-pressure output and two filters to prevent impurities from entering the output system, which improves the operational reliability of the glass sealing extruder.
• Compared with the hydraulic type, the extruder has fast glue output and a low failure rate, and the glue gun can be flushed during power failure.
