This uPVC window single head seamless welding machine is composed of an operation unit, a parameter setting unit, a welding unit, a machine base, a profile support unit, etc. The machine has pneumatic motion, and the auxiliary movement is CM oil-free bearing and linear ball bearing.
The welding process of the machine adopts the PLC control system, and the whole welding process of the window corner can be completed only by operating the button, operation is easy.
The difference between this single head seamless welding machine and the uPVC window welder is that it adds a welding seam cleaning structure and blowing system, as shown in the figure below. With these constructions, the surface of the window corners does not need to be cleaned and has a beautiful look, especially suitable for two-color co-extrusion window profiles.
