LDJ1-130 Single head PVC screw machine is suitable for automatically screwing the steel reinforcement bar in the PVC profile.
It is composed of a screw feeding system, screw storage box, automatic fastening system, worktable, PVC profile clamping system, and profile support system on both sides. The screw fastening unit simplifies and makes more efficient the screwing process.
The screw drilling depth and the position of the screw units are adjustable according to the spacing of the drilled screws. Using PLC control, the machine automatically completes the conveying screw, profile clamping, screw drilling, and fastening, which is convenient and efficient for manufacturing PVC windows and doors.
The screwdriver bit of this screw fastening machine is easy to replace.
