The 2 screw fastening units can work individually or jointly and has highly efficient for making PVC windows and doors.
Using a PLC control system, profile clamping, drilling, and fastening can be completed automatically. the two screw units simplify and make more efficient the screwing processes of the PVC window making.
The screw automatic feeding system of the double head screw fastening machine can detect the number of screws, when the number of screws decreases, the screw storage box will automatically rise, convey the screws and arrange them neatly, and send the screws to the fastening unit through the air-blowing device. This process does not require manual operation, you just need to put the screws into the storage box.
According to the space of the drilled screws, adjust the screw drilling depth and screwing position, the screwdriver bit of this double head screw fastening machine is easy to replace, and it only takes a few seconds to complete the replacement.
