PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The SSJ06A aluminum profile double head cutting saw is mainly used for cutting 90 degrees and 45 degrees of aluminum profiles. It consists of two machine heads, an operation box, two linear guide rails, an electrical system, a profile clamping device, and so on. The first head is fixed and the second head is movable. The right cutting head moves on two high-quality solid linear guides to ensure stable moving speed and cutting accuracy and is the primary aluminum profile cutting saw for making windows and doors.
The two machine heads are equipped with cutting protection covers to ensure safety during cutting, and the saw blade feeding system adopts a high-precision spindle with stable rotation.
The aluminum profile cutting saw blade is stabilized by the air cylinder and moves straight from the inside to the outside accurately. Pneumatic and hydraulic feed system ensures accurate and stable feed.

FEATURES

• The two cutting units of this SSJ06A double head cutting saw for aluminum profile can work independently or jointly. In the operation panel, the machine head has left, double, and right working modes to choose from, as shown in the figure below.
• The choice of cutting angle is controlled by the switch on the operation panel, and the machine head is driven to the cutting angle position by the cylinder.
• Each cutting unit adopts a 450mm diameter HSS (High-Speed Steel) saw blade, which is suitable for cutting various aluminum and uPVC profiles, and uses a horizontal pneumatic cylinder to clamp the profiles, the blade feeding speed is adjustable.
• The right machine head is designed with a profile holding unit, which moves together with the machine head.
