These LZHZ6 six-head aluminum profile drilling machine are suitable for the multiple-hole drilling process of aluminum window frame profiles, mainly used for drilling different kinds of holes and grooves of the aluminum profiles, uPVC profiles, and curtain walls, suitable for long profiles and large amounts of hole drilling. It consists of 1 fixed and 5 movable drill units whose positions can be adjusted.
We know that when aluminum and PVC windows and doors are installed with expansion screws, holes need to be drilled into the frame, and the diameter of each hole is different. This machine is dedicated to the processing of installation holes, of course, other types of holes can also be processed by replacing the drill bit.
This aluminum profile drilling machine can process six holes at one time. The quantity drill unit can be installed according to customer requirements. It is the necessary aluminum profile drilling machine for making aluminum windows.
This aluminum drilling machine can process two-diameter holes in one operation with professional two-stage drill bits, and the drilling depth is adjustable. The maximum diameter of the drill bit is 13 mm.
The holes with this drilling machine drill are different from the copy router,  it can drill two holes of different diameters.
