1. The third rolling wheel of the aluminum profile rolling machine can be straightened during the rolling process to ensure the parallelism and straightness of the aluminium heat insulation profiles.
2. Adopt a digital display to accurately display the rolling distance.
3. The lower driving roller is raised or lowered at the same time through the chain transmission mode, and three groups of high-precision digital technology are used for detection to measure the pressure of each group. The adjustment range of the digital display can reach 0-100mm. The whole machine is from 0 to 150mm, and the drive is freely adjusted by the motor.
4. The six groups of extrusion knives all have the main driving force to ensure that the profile is balanced in the extrusion process, the feeding speed is fast, and the work efficiency is high.
