This aluminium knurling and assembling machine is mainly used used for knurling the aluminium profile and assembling the heat insulation strip, the aluminum shear force is greatly improved by opening the teeth in the slot of the profile through the high-speed operation of the cutter. It is equipped with a special clamping pneumatic device.

The function of processing aluminum profile notch is to cut teeth and wear heat insulation strips, the high-speed tooth cutter inserts the aluminum alloy profile into the notch of the heat insulation strip to open the teeth to improve the shearing force of the heat insulation strip and the aluminium alloy composite profile. It is one of the main aluminium profile equipment in the production of heat insulation aluminium alloy profiles.

Features

1. The tooth-open cutting blade can be adjusted to adapt to different shapes of aluminium profiles.
2. Equipped with a threading clamping device, the threading process can be carried out at the same time after the teeth are opened.
3. Each cutting blade can be adjusted individually.

5. Through the guiding structure, the two heat insulation strips are accurately inserted into the aluminum trough, the speed of the stripping can be adjusted, the operation is simple and flexible, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
6. A strip connecting mechanism is installed at the rear of the aluminium knurling and assembling machine, and the heat insulation strip is clamped by pneumatic control. While the tooth is opened, the aluminum profile advances and passes through the clamped heat insulation strip until it reaches six meters. After knurling the aluminium profile, the strip connecting stops.
