PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

1. This uPVC window single head copy router machine is used for milling and drilling lock holes, water slots, and keyholes or wiring grooves of various holes of PVC and Aluminum window profiles.

2. The single head copy router equipped with a 1:1 ratio standard profiling template, which can quickly mill various keyholes, water holes and other shapes of hole grooves, and can also customize professional templates for special window making shaped holes.

3. When milling rectangular holes on the window profiles with this single head copy router, you can use the four positioning blocks of the router machinery to set the size quickly.

4. The window profile is clamped pneumatically.

5. Standard equipped with a copy template. also can make customer-specified templates.

6. Movement on recirculating ball bearings, ensure great stability and precision to the head unit, making it possible to work on every kind of aluminium and PVC profiles.

7. When milling aluminum alloy profiles with this single head copy router machine, it is necessary to spray the milling cutter with cooling system.
