1. This double head welding machine for uPVC window is designed for welding PVC casement and sliding doors and windows. The two machine heads can work single or together for welding two PVC window corners in one time.

2. This PVC window double head welding machine using programmable logic controller (PLC), the window corner welding process is completed automatically to ensure that the PVC window welding machine runs more stable and reliable.

3. Adopting the secondary pressure function to ensure the precise welding dimensions and PVC window corner welding strength of doors and windows.

4. The standard three-layer welded plate for pvc profiles can adjust the height of the backing plate according to different models and height window profiles.

5. The PVC double head welding machine all parameters (e.g. heating time, joining time, welding temperature, joining pressure and fusing pressure, etc.) can be individually adjusted to meet the PVC profile requirements of different countries and regions（operation guide）.

6. The right head can be welded with a special mold for the variable angle, the angle range is 30°~180°.
