HOW THE ALUMINUM EXTUSION BENDING MACHINE WORKS?

First customize the CNC profile bending machine roller dies and auxiliary nylon strip according to the aluminum extrusion shape.



Enter the technical parameters of the machine in the machine settings, such as the starting position of the Y-axis, the diameter of the rollers, etc.

Select the correct program in the machine program window according to the shape you want to make.



Input the parameters of the shape in the program editing window, such as shape radius, arc length, rebound compensation, etc.



Press the process button to enter the processing process.
